Mission

  • We are producing pork for central and northern Virginia.
  • Our animals are from old heritage breeds: Large Black and Red Wattles.
  • Our pigs are born and naturally raised in the woods in accordance to the Animal Welfare Standards.
  • Their foraging is supplemented with grains, whey, acorns, pumpkins and locally produced pig feed.

Our products

  • Our breeds are known for producing marbled and a dark red color meat

  • All standard cuts are available.
  • Customers who order a whole or half hog can decide on their cuts and sausage flavors.
  • Processing is performed at a local USDA facility.
  • Products are vacuum packed and delivered frozen

    1. Orders > $100 free of charge within a 60 miles radius from Rhoadesville VA
    2. $.70 per miles for orders > $ 50
    3. Less than $ 50 delivering to a pickup point:
        1. Farmers Market in Manassas on Saturdays
        2. Spotsyslvania Farmers Market Regional Hospital on Thursdays
        3. More regional pickup points to be determined

    1. 5 % on annual revenue of $1000
